DairyNex is an online dairy training platform offering expert-led, video-based courses to help dairy Professionals, farm workers, and students enhance their skills in dairy farming operations. It combines knowledge and expertise from both the Dutch and Sri Lankan dairy sectors, making the training globally relevant and practical.

No prior experience is required. A background in dairy farming is an advantage, but our courses are designed for learners at all levels.

Online theory courses are in English. Practical training is offered in English, Sinhala, or Tamil, depending on the participant’s preference.

Participation in practical training is optional. However, students must successfully pass the practical test in order to receive the course certificate.

Participants can either join DairyNex-arranged training at partner farms or arrange their own practical training at a preferred location.

Practical training can be conducted in English, Sinhala, or Tamil, depending on the participant’s convenience.

You may need basic protective gear (boots, gloves, overalls). Any additional requirements will be communicated in advance.

Yes. All participants must follow our Code of Conduct, which covers safety, animal welfare, respectful behavior, and confidentiality.

Yes. A certificate of completion is awarded only to students who successfully pass both the online theory modules and the practical test.

Certificates are issued by DairyNex in collaboration with international and local partners, and are recognized within our partner networks and by industry professionals.

You can make payments either through the online payment system on the website or by bank transfer using the provided bank details on the payment page.

If you complete payment using the online payment option, your login details will be sent immediately to your registered email address, allowing you to access the course without delay.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please ensure that your registration number is included in the reference/remarks section of the payment. After making the transfer, you must send the payment receipt via WhatsApp or email for verification. Once the payment is verified, your login details will be issued within three (3) working days.

Sending the payment receipt helps us quickly verify your payment and accurately link it to your registration, ensuring timely activation of your course access.

Bank transfers: Access provided within three working days after receipt verification via email

Course access and participation in practical training and final assessments are subject to the applicable payment structure. Full payment of course fees is required prior to participation in practical training sessions and final assessments.
