Code of conducts for practical

As part of our commitment to providing real-world learning, Dairynex arranges practical training
sessions at selected private farms. To protect the safety of participants, farm owners, animals, and the
reputation of our institution, all students are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:


1. Professional Behavior
Treat farm owners, staff, trainers, fellow students, and animals with respect at all times.
Follow all instructions given by the farm supervisor or training staff.
Maintain punctuality – late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Use professional language and behavior; abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful conduct will not be
tolerated.


2. Health & Safety
Always wear the required clothing and protective equipment (boots, gloves, overalls, etc.).
Follow hygiene protocols before and after handling animals.
Do not operate farm equipment or handle animals without proper instruction and supervision.
Report any injury, accident, or unsafe situation immediately to the supervisor.
Smoking, alcohol, or drug use during training sessions is strictly prohibited.


3. Animal Welfare
Treat all animals with care, patience, and respect.
Rough handling, teasing, or unnecessary stress to animals is forbidden.
Follow proper procedures for feeding, milking, cleaning, or veterinary practices as taught.

4. Farm Property & Equipment
Handle farm tools, machinery, and facilities responsibly and only under supervision.
Do not remove, damage, or misuse any property belonging to the farm.
Any damage caused by negligence may be subject to disciplinary action.


5. Confidentiality & Photography
Respect the privacy of the farm and its operations.
Do not take photos, videos, or share information about the farm, staff, or animals without prior
permission.
Farm data, records, and procedures shared during training must be treated as confidential.

6. Attendance & Participation
Full participation is expected in all scheduled activities.
Absences must be reported in advance with valid reasons.
Students must remain on-site for the duration of the training unless excused by the supervisor.


7. Disciplinary Action
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:
Immediate removal from the training site.
Loss of course certification eligibility.
Further disciplinary measures as determined by .


8. Acknowledgment
By participating in the practical training program, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct and
understand that violation of these rules may result in dismissal from the training without refund
