At Dairynex, we strive to provide valuable theory and practical training in dairy farming, management,
and technology. We understand that circumstances may arise, and this policy outlines when refunds or
course credits may be considered.

1. General Policy
All course fees are non-refundable once access to course materials or live sessions has been granted.
However, we do allow for limited exceptions as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Course Cancellation by Us: If we cancel or postpone a course indefinitely, participants will receive a full
refund.
Duplicate Payment: In cases of accidental duplicate payment, a full refund will be issued for the
duplicate transaction.
Technical Issues (Platform-Related): If a participant cannot access the course due to a verified technical
issue on our platform (not personal device or internet issues) and the problem cannot be resolved, a
refund may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to attend live sessions or use course materials.
Personal scheduling conflicts, internet/device issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Failure to achieve the required academic or practical test scores to pass or certify. Responsibility for
meeting course requirements lies solely with the participant.

4. Retake / Resit Option
Participants who do not meet the required academic or practical test scores will be allowed one free
resit attempt within the next scheduled session or assessment period.
Any additional resits beyond the first free attempt may require an extra fee, which will be
communicated prior to scheduling.
Resit opportunities are subject to availability and course scheduling.

5. Course Credit & Transfer Option
Instead of a refund, participants may request:

Course Transfer: Enrollment can be transferred to another available course of equal or lesser value.
Course Credit: A credit equal to the paid amount can be applied toward a future course. Credits remain
valid for 6 months from the original purchase date.

6. Request Procedure
Refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to info@dairynex.com
within 7 days of purchase.
Please provide proof of payment and a clear reason for the request.
Approved refunds or credits will be processed within 10–15 business days.
