training platform, and participation in our dairy training courses. By enrolling in our courses or accessing

1. Enrollment & Eligibility
Participants must provide accurate personal details during registration.
Access to some courses may be restricted based on prerequisites or professional requirements, which
will be specified in the course description.
Enrollment is personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise approved.

2. Payments & Fees
All course fees must be paid in full prior to gaining access to training materials.
Fees are displayed in LKR and may be subject to taxes or processing charges.
By making payment, you confirm that you have authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Refunds & Credits

Payments are generally non-refundable except in specific cases outlined in the policy.
Participants failing to meet academic or practical requirements will not be entitled to refunds but may
be offered a retake option if available.

4. Course Access & Use
Course login details are strictly personal and must not be shared with others.
You may access training materials only for your own educational use.
Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited.

5. Assessments & Certification
Participants must meet the minimum academic and practical test scores to pass or obtain certification.
One free resit attempt may be provided; further resits may require additional fees.
Certificates (digital or physical) will only be issued to participants who fulfill all requirements.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, handouts, and resources are the intellectual property of Dairynex.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written consent.

7. Conduct & Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
Engage respectfully with instructors and peers.
Avoid disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior.
Refrain from cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresentation in assessments.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

8. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device
to access the platform.
The training centre is not responsible for personal technical issues preventing course participation.

9. Limitation of Liability
Our training is designed for educational purposes and does not replace professional or legal advice.
Dairynex is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from course participation,
except where required by law.

10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services,
you consent to such use.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our
